This short story by Simon was picked as one of ten prize winners in a competition at his school. He's particularly chuffed about the fact that the two A students in his class, who also submitted stories, were less successful.
The story is in German of course but here's the Google translation for what it's worth. It's as useless as computer translations usually are but it's funny and you might get the gist of the original story.

Well I've finally got around to adding the new stuff. There are new videos and pictures on Simon's, Oliver's, Frankie's and the animals pages including some skiing/snowboarding stuff and a couple of videos showing Amy practicing for Simon's next film.
It will have to one of those sad films where the dog gets shot at the end just after saving the little boy from whatever or maybe a film where the dog gets shot and then comes back to bring his murderer to justice or just to haunt people.

The problem with a NEWS page is that you really have to add some news every now and then. Nothing looks as stupid as a NEWS page where the latest entry is years old.
Well, we're all fine.
I'm working on adding some new pictures and videos so stay tuned.
Silvia and Frank are counting down to their world tour on February 15. Their World Tour Web Site is now online. Most of it is Dutch to me.

There have been complaints from the German side of the family that this site is almost completely in English. Well there is the word Gästebuch further down on this page and the Gästebuch itself is full of German. But I don't want to seem unreasonable so here's another German word on the front page: Zeitgeist.

I've changed the layout a little to cope with a Microsoft Internet Explorer deficiency. Some versions of Internet Explorer do not handle PNG images correctly so that grey boxes appeared where they shouldn't.
There are still lots of other reasons to switch to a Mozilla browser ;-)
